I am too busy at this time to be reading up the details on the recent Chef Robert Irvine fiasco. If you do not know what I am talking about, you’ll need to Google it.
That said, the man made a ghastly mistake and his merits should have been enough to get where he is today. No one died or serious crime committed as far as I know. Make a public apology and move with life, wherever it may take him. As for the rest of us, we have better things to do with our time, like getting back in the kitchen and enjoy the glorious bounty the Earth has to offer.
On the other hand, Harper Collins is at the time of this writing, allowing a full peruse of his new book for free. How accurate it is will be in question for now, but the recipes is really what I am looking for.
